What is a community learning center?

Saint Paul Public Schools' 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) is a federal grant program and a key component of the No Child Left Behind Act. It provides an opportunity for students to improve their academic skills and discover new abilities during times school is not in session. The 21st CCLC program takes place at four elementary schools, two K-8 schools, and three 7-8 schools. Each site partners with a primary community agency and a range of other community partners to provide academic support and enrichment programming for students.

Where are we located and who can attend?

The 21st CCLC program is available to any student living in the Saint Paul Public School District, regardless of whether you attend a public school, private school charter school or home school.
