• Non-Refundable Registration Fee: $49/child/contract

• Summer enrollment is available to any students entering Kindergarten through the summer after 5th grade
• Minimum enrollment is four days/week, five weeks of the summer. Days remain the same for each week registered.
• Space is limited. Enrollment is first come, first serve

• Hours of care: 6:30am-6:00pm
• Daily Rate: $45.50
• Drop-in days can be requests for currently enrolled students, based on space available. Sites running a wait list cannot accept drop-ins. Drop-in requests must be made in advance through your online account after May 1st. Cost is $53.50/day
• Processing contract requests may take up to 2 weeks. Once the contract is processed, the non-refundable registration fee is charged to the payment method submitted with the contract and a confirmation e-mail is sent to the account owner
• Discovery Club accounts must be kept current. If the account is past due, the summer contract will not be processed

• A $25 schedule change fee applies to any schedule changes after the contract has been submitted.
  • Schedule changes are based on space available
  • The last day to make any changes to the summer contract - Friday, May 8th, 2026
  • Beginning Saturday, May 9, 2026 contract schedules CANNOT be changed

Summer contract withdrawals submitted on or before Friday, May 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CST will be accepted without penalty. For summer contract withdrawals submitted after May 8, families will be charged the dollar amount of the minimum registration requirement (20 days).
