Contract Options:
Families select before-school care, after-school care, or a combination. Days of care may range from three to five days per week.
CONSISTENT SCHEDULE CONTRACT- With the exception of non-school days, a child’s schedule must be the same every week. A $49.00 non-refundable registration fee per child is paid when the contract is processed. All past due Discovery Club fees must be paid in full before a new contract will be accepted. Once a child has a consistent scheduled contract families may request drop in days provided space is available at the site. Registering for a consistent schedule allows families to register for non school day care.
Families utilizing a Discovery Club Hub location: If the child’s attending school is not the same as the Discovery Club location, drop-in days are not available due to busing restrictions.
Rates:
Before School Only - Offered for students who attend schools with a 8:30 a.m. or 9:30 a.m. start time.
After School Only - Starts at the end of the school's regular day and goes until 6:00 p.m. Snack provided.
Early Start Schools 2:00-6:00 pm $24.00/day* $120.00/week
Late Start Schools 3:00-6:00 pm $18.00/day* $90.00/week
Late Start Schools 4:00-6:00 pm $12.00/day* $60.00/week
*Drop in days are an additional $5/day per care session.
* Schedule changes require a one week notice and are subject to space available. A $25 per child schedule change fee applies.
Non-School Days
Care is available at a limited number of sites from 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Families currently registered with Discovery Club can register for each non-school day, per child, if care is needed. Breakfast and snack are provided. Students must bring a lunch and beverage from home.

How to Enroll:
Registration is available to students enrolled in Saint Paul Public Schools during the school year for before and after school care and non-school days. Students who are enrolled in schools outside of St. Paul Public Schools can register a contract to attend summer care only. Applications will be accepted only as space allows.
Past or currently enrolled Discovery Club and SPPS Community Ed families:
- Sign on to your existing account through http://stpaul.ce.eleyo.com. Current families already have an account and do not need to create a new one.
- Click on "Explore All Programs", on your Discovery Club account and "Register A New Contract". The system will walk you through the steps of registering from there.
- All contracts are pending approval. An e-mail stating your contract has been received and is pending will be sent after you have submitted the contract request.
- Contracts that have been accepted will receive an e-mail confirmation and the registration fee will be charged to the credit card or bank account provided during registration. Please note that processing contracts could take several weeks.
- If you do not receive confirmation, check your spam filter on your e-mail. Pending and/or accepted contracts can also be viewed on your online account. Please contact the Discovery Club Administration Office at 651-632-3793 with any questions.
Families who are new to Discovery Club:
- Create an account online at http://stpaul.ce.eleyo.com.
- Click "Sign Up" to create a new account.
- Click "Explore All Programs", "Enroll in Discovery Club".
- The system will walk you through adding the child(ren) to the account and registering the new contract.
- All contracts are pending approval. An e-mail stating your contract has been received and is pending will be sent after you have submitted the contract request.

Families receiving county assistance must provide written authorization of their eligibility before child care service can begin. If County assistance is denied, the parent/guardian is responsible for all fees.
